Data controller
The controller of any personal data you voluntarily share with us is Gestión de Inmuebles Azul, S.L., tax ID B98765720, registered address Calle Cirilo Amorós, 72, 46004 Valencia (Spain).
You can reach us at any time at contact@newval.co.
Data we collect
This website currently does not collect personal data automatically. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
The contact form at /en/contact does not transmit data to any server controlled by us: it opens the user's email client with a preformatted message and leaves the final decision to send it to the user. Personal data therefore only reaches us when the user chooses to send us an email — either from the form or directly.
Purpose of processing
When we receive an email from you, we process the data it contains for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry.
If the enquiry leads to a commercial relationship — property analysis, repositioning proposal, signature of an agreement — the data is then also processed for the purpose of managing that contractual and pre-contractual relationship.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), expressed by your voluntary submission of the email.
Once a commercial relationship begins, the additional legal basis is the execution of pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, the performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR).
Retention
We retain data only for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and any commercial relationship that arises from it.
Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship are deleted within a maximum of twelve months. Data tied to a contractual relationship is retained for the duration of that relationship and the applicable legal limitation periods.
Recipients
We do not share personal data with third parties, except for processors providing technical services on behalf of the controller (email provider, web hosting provider).
These processors act solely on our instructions and under data-processing agreements meeting the requirements of the GDPR.
International transfers
Our technical providers (Vercel for web hosting, email) may process data in territories outside the European Economic Area.
Where this happens, transfers take place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR: adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or other equivalent mechanisms.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability at any time by emailing contact@newval.co and including a copy of an identity document. We will respond within the timeframes set by the applicable regulation.
Complaints
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing of your personal data infringes applicable law.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any substantial change will be reflected in the last-updated date shown at the end of this page.
