Selling an unrenovated home typically means selling below its real potential. Renovating it first requires capital, time, and technical know-how most owners do not want to take on.
Newval takes care of that part. We identify the real potential of your property, finance and execute the renovation to market-grade quality, and bring it to market at the price it should command. You sign an upfront agreement and share the resulting profit.
We do not ask you for a single euro. We do not take the title. We simply capture, together, the value that the market pays for a turnkey home.

THE PROCESS
Four phases. Traceable. No surprises.
Identification
We analyse your property using up-to-date market data. If it passes our economic filter, we present a concrete proposal.
Structuring
We sign an agreement where we appear as renovators with a registered charge. You remain the owner throughout.
Renovation
We execute a full renovation with our own teams within an eight-month maximum timeframe. Premium market quality.
Sale and split
We bring the finished property to market. When sold, we recover the investment and split the net profit 50/50.
